We’re seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to engage prospective investors, manage campaigns, and deepen long-term relationships—driving scalable capital formation for high-performing senior living projects.

Haven Senior Living Partners simplifies real estate investing for passive investors, focusing on senior living assets that create value for Partners, Residents, and Investors. We align incentives by co-investing alongside our investors, fostering a true partnership in success.

Role Description

  • Engage and qualify potential investors across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Own capital-raising campaigns end-to-end: narrative, collateral, outreach, diligence support, and close.
  • Develop and nurture durable investor relationships; maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
Bring a book of capital contacts and the capability to raise $20–$25M/year across high-performing real estate projects.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility to work remotely. You’ll focus on cultivating and expanding relationships within the RIA and Family Office channels while supporting broader fundraising and investor relations initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of raising capital in private equity.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations.
  • Working knowledge of real estate investment principles and deal structures.
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

What You’ve Already Achieved

Requirements

  • Must live in or near Dallas, TX (remote role with local presence)
  • 5–7 years in investment, sales, or investor relations
  • Proven ability to independently drive revenue-producing activities
  • Strong knowledge of investment products (private equity, real estate, alternatives preferred)
  • Customer service–oriented approach to investments
  • Experience with Freshworks CRM a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

  • Consistently follow up and follow through with prospects and investors
  • Initiate focused daily new prospect calls and daily existing investor calls
  • Present opportunities 1:1 and in groups, winning new capital commitments
  • Hold face-to-face meetings when possible (or via Zoom as needed)
  • Handle incoming inquiries and schedule follow-ups with team members
  • Deliver uncompromising investor experiences that build trust
  • Host quarterly/semi-annual investor alignment meetings
  • Gather referrals and testimonials; build referral networks
  • Represent Haven as a cultural leader modeling core values
  • Identify and add at least five new qualified opportunities per week
  • Maximize efficiency using HubSpot CRM and sales tools
  • Leverage Haven/DLP events, conferences, and trainings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings and broader market
  • Provide same-day responses to all investor inquiries
  • Partner with the Experience Team for seamless onboarding & service
