We’re seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to engage prospective investors, manage campaigns, and deepen long-term relationships—driving scalable capital formation for high-performing senior living projects.

Haven Senior Living Partners simplifies real estate investing for passive investors, focusing on senior living assets that create value for Partners, Residents, and Investors. We align incentives by co-investing alongside our investors, fostering a true partnership in success.

Role Description

  • Engage and qualify potential investors across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Own capital-raising campaigns end-to-end: narrative, collateral, outreach, diligence support, and close.
  • Develop and nurture durable investor relationships; maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
Bring a book of capital contacts and the capability to raise $20–$25M/year across high-performing real estate projects.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility to work remotely. You’ll focus on cultivating and expanding relationships within the RIA and Family Office channels while supporting broader fundraising and investor relations initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of raising capital in private equity.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations.
  • Working knowledge of real estate investment principles and deal structures.
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
