Capital Raising Specialist

About the Role

Haven is seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to engage prospective investors, manage campaigns end-to-end, and build the durable relationships that drive scalable capital formation for our senior living projects.

You'll own the full capital-raising process: narrative development, collateral creation, outreach strategy, due diligence support, and close. This is a high-trust, high-performance role for someone who brings a book of contacts and the drive to deploy them in a mission-aligned environment.

Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify potential investors across inbound and outbound channels
Own capital-raising campaigns end-to-end: narrative, collateral, outreach, diligence support, and close
Develop and nurture durable investor relationships with HNWIs, RIAs, and family offices
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting at all times
Bring a book of capital contacts and capability to raise $20–$25M/year across real estate projects
Focus on cultivating and expanding relationships within RIA and Family Office channels
Support broader fundraising and investor relations initiatives across the Haven platform
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor relations
Working knowledge of real estate investment principles and deal structures
Proven track record raising capital from HNWIs, RIAs, and/or Family Offices
Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates across teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Prior private equity fundraising experience strongly preferred

About the Role

Haven is seeking a Director of Investor Success to lead investor relations and sales — delivering uncompromising "WOW" experiences for HNWI and UHNW investors at every touchpoint.

This is a relationship-first, results-driven role for someone who genuinely loves investors, loves real estate, and has the discipline to build a high-performance investor success practice inside a growing, mission-driven company. You'll own the full investor lifecycle from first contact to ongoing portfolio engagement.

What You'll Do
Consistently follow up and follow through with every prospect and investor — same-day response standard
Initiate focused daily new prospect calls and daily existing investor calls
Present opportunities 1-on-1 and in groups; win new capital commitments
Hold face-to-face meetings when possible, or via Zoom — your presence is your edge
Handle all incoming inquiries; schedule and execute follow-ups with appropriate team members
Deliver uncompromising investor experiences that build trust and generate referrals
Host quarterly and semi-annual investor alignment meetings
Gather referrals and testimonials; actively build referral networks
Represent Haven as a cultural leader modeling core values on every interaction
Identify and add at least five new qualified opportunities per week
Maximize efficiency using HubSpot CRM and available sales tools
Partner with the Experience Team for seamless investor onboarding and ongoing service
How Success Is Measured

≥5 qualified opportunities added to pipeline per week
Pipeline Performance
Pipeline velocity and conversion rate by stage — tracked weekly
Investor Satisfaction
NPS score, testimonials, and referral rate from existing investors
Response Standard
Same-day response to all investor inquiries — non-negotiable
Requirements
Must live in or near Dallas, TX (remote with local presence)
5–7 years in investment, sales, or investor relations
Proven ability to independently drive revenue-producing activities
Strong knowledge of investment products (private equity, real estate, alternatives preferred)
Customer service–oriented approach — investor experience is everything
Experience with Freshworks CRM a plus; HubSpot proficiency expected
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
