Future Fund

Capital for the physical workforce of senior housing & care

A planned fund to finance humanoid robots deployed alongside caregivers in senior housing & care communities.

Planned fund. Not currently offering securities.

Section 01

The Thesis

Senior housing & care operates under a persistent labor shortage, and labor is the largest controllable cost in every community.

Humanoid robots are moving from demonstration to early commercial pilots. The binding constraint will be deployable capital and governed deployment, not hardware alone.

The fund would finance robot fleets as productive operating assets placed in communities through operator partnerships, with owners and operators retaining control of care decisions.

Section 02

Why Now

Workforce gap

Persistent staffing challenges put pressure on caregivers and community operations. Non-clinical support is a potential starting point for carefully governed automation.

Maturing humanoid platforms

Humanoid platforms are progressing toward early commercial pilots. Availability, capabilities, and suitability for care environments remain uncertain.

Capital-light operators

Fleet financing could allow operators to evaluate deployment without acquiring the hardware outright. Commercial arrangements are to be determined.

Owner-investor interest in operating-cost relief

Owners and owner-investors have an interest in sustainable operations. Any operating-cost relief would need to be demonstrated through measured pilots.

Safety and Governance

Resident safety, privacy, and caregiver oversight come first. Deployment would be governed by the operator, with clearly defined responsibilities and limits.
