Capital Raising Specialist
Drive scalable capital formation for high-performing senior living projects. Target: $20–25M/year across RIA and Family Office channels.
Haven is seeking a Capital Raising Specialist to engage prospective investors, manage campaigns end-to-end, and build the durable relationships that drive scalable capital formation for our senior living projects.
You'll own the full capital-raising process: narrative development, collateral creation, outreach strategy, due diligence support, and close. This is a high-trust, high-performance role for someone who brings a book of contacts and the drive to deploy them in a mission-aligned environment.
Share your resume and a brief note highlighting your capital-raising track record — including HNWIs/RIAs/Family Offices touched, fund sizes, and annualized production. Tip: include links to relevant deals, investor materials, and references if available.
Director of Investor Success
Lead investor relations and sales to deliver "WOW" experiences for HNWI/UHNW investors. Fuel capital growth and our mission to build Thriving Communities.
Haven is seeking a Director of Investor Success to lead investor relations and sales — delivering uncompromising "WOW" experiences for HNWI and UHNW investors at every touchpoint.
This is a relationship-first, results-driven role for someone who genuinely loves investors, loves real estate, and has the discipline to build a high-performance investor success practice inside a growing, mission-driven company. You'll own the full investor lifecycle from first contact to ongoing portfolio engagement.
